He emphasized that the duty of conducting free and fair elections was a collective one, and that Nigerians should shun violence and work towards the conduct of successful elections.Father Kukah however, agreed that religious leaders have a vital role to play in mobilizing the people for the polls. He further counseled that INEC should explore all religious structures available in the Country to convey its electoral messages to the people.
